Jake Butcher
CEO
Jake Butcher has been at Glosrose for over 30 years, starting his career as an apprentice engineer and once qualified working as an engineer for 8 years before moving over to sales department. Jake became Sales Director in 2009 and with his drive, enthusiasm, and passion for the business he become CEO in 2018.

Jack Hammell
Head of Sales
Jack has over 20 years of mechanical handling experience having started his career in the industry as an apprentice engineer for a well-known global brand.
Having completed his apprenticeship Jack went on to become a field service engineer for 6 years, followed by promotions to field service team leader then regional service manager, managing a team of 27 engineers.
After a very successful career leading the service department in the SE England area Jack embraced the opportunity to change his career focus when offered a promotion to Field Sales Manager, leading a team of eight area sales managers.
On announcing Jack’s appointment, Jake Butcher said “we are delighted to have Jack join the senior management team at Glosrose, he brings a wealth of industry experience and I am looking forward to working with him as we enter our 50th year in business and plan our continued growth and expansion”.
Nicola Clarke
Finance Manager
Nicola has worked at Glosrose for over 7 years. Initially as an external management accountant with a local accountancy firm before joining the Glosrose team as Finance manager in 2022.
